Nous recherchons un super candidat pour les tâches suivantes :

  • Vous réservez un accueil chaleureux à tous vos visiteurs.
  • Vous conseillez et vendez avec passion pour les meubles de jardin et vos clients.
  • Vous atteignez, avec vos collaborateurs, le résultat de vente maximal dans votre établissement.
  • Vous rendez compte à votre directeur régional, qui fait le lien entre le siège principal et le show-room dont vous êtes responsable.

Vous aimez accompagner les clients de manière professionnelle en leur prodiguant des conseils orientés client basés sur votre sens du commerce. Vous avez minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Shop Manager. Vous prenez volontiers des initiatives pour aider les clients à prendre les bonnes décisions. Vous êtes un·e véritable meneur·se d'hommes et, dans cet état d'esprit, vous faites ressortir le meilleur de votre équipe et avez un grand sens des responsabilités. Vous transmettez chaque jour votre dynamisme contagieux à vos collègues et aux visiteurs du show-room. Travailler le week-end et les jours fériés, en particulier pendant les périodes intenses, ne vous fait pas peur. Enfin, vous manifestez un intérêt et un goût certain pour les meubles de jardin et les accessoires d'extérieur.
