Compañía Minera Lomas Bayas, ubicada en la región de Antofagasta, requiere contratar a un(a) ASISTENTE/A DE GEOLOGIA (ESPECIALISTA EN GEOTECNIA), bajo sistema de turno 7x7.

Que esperamos de ti:

Mantener operativos los sistemas de Monitoreo Geotécnico, interpretar la información derivada de ellos y gestionar oportunamente los potenciales de inestabilidad que puedan arrojar. Además, debe realizar las actividades de toma de muestras, levantamientos topográficos e inspecciones geotécnicas que permitan alertar en forma oportuna cualquier condición de riesgo geotécnico que pudieran afectar a personas y/o equipos en rajos, botaderos y pilas de lixiviación.

Algunas de las funciones que esperamos de ti son:

  • Manejar Base de Datos Sondajes Geotécnicos y de ensayos y propiedades de los materiales.
  • Operar Dron para levantamiento de información geotécnica de terreno.
  • Realizar Ensayos Geotécnicos de Campo (Densidad In Situ, Dureza Relativa (ILS), etc.).
  • Utilizar Brújula para orientación de estructuras y generación de sólidos.
  • Operar Escáner Laser (levantamiento datos en terreno).
  • Utilizar softwares Geotécnicos (RocFall, RocPlane,Swedge, DIPS, etc.).
  • Rescatar información de Acelerógrafos.
  • Participar en la actualización de QRA, Área de Geotecnia.
  • Realizar Mapeo Geotécnico Básico (ff, orientación de estructuras, etc.).
  • Dar seguimiento a recomendaciones geotécnicas.
  • Coordinar ensayos de laboratorios con personal externo (mecánica de rocas o suelos, tomografía eléctrica, orientación de estructuras en sondajes, etc.).
  • Prestar apoyo a Geotécnico Operativo en la generación de observaciones geotécnicas semanales.
  • Evaluar Taludes para protocolo entrega en Patio de Perforación.
  • Realizar Conciliación Geotécnica.
  • Generar y/o actualizar instructivos, protocolos y procedimientos del área.
  • Apoyar en la generación de planos de riesgo geotécnico (Plano de Condiciones Geotécnicas y Plano de Caída de Rocas).
  • Gestionar mantenimiento de instrumentación geotécnica (coordinación, envío de equipos, puesta en marcha, etc.).
  • Evaluar controles críticos de geotecnia en terreno.
  • Interpretar datos del Radar, Teodolitos robotizados y manuales, Piezómetros, etc.
  • Manejar plataforma de integración de los equipos de monitoreo automatizados y manuales básicos.

Requisitos

  • Titulado/a de Técnico Superior en Minería, Técnico en Instrumentación, Técnico en Geología o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en cargos similares.
  • Conocimiento básico de geología, geología estructural y modelo geotécnico.
  • Manejo de Instrumentación y Monitoreo (uso de Radares de Monitoreo, Estaciones Totales Robotizadas y Manuales, instalación de instrumentación geotécnicas como prismas, extensómetros).
  • Conocimiento en evaluación geotécnica de terreno (Factor de Condición para proceso de Conciliación Geotécnica).
  • Manejo de DRON.
  • Manejo de Vulcan nivel usuario.
  • Deseable manejo de softwares geotécnicos.
  • Deseable manejo de scanner laser (I-Site), Muestreo Geotécnico (Sondajes, Taludes, Colpas, Suelos, etc.), uso de Brújula, etc.
