Je spreekt kandidaten, stelt de juiste vragen en helpt mee om de perfecte match te maken tussen kandidaat en werkgever. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren recruiters en krijgt een unieke inkijk in de wereld van rekrutering en HR. Wat ga je doen?

  • Je belt kandidaten op en voert een eerste screening uit.
  • Je selecteert interessante profielen en verwerkt cv's.
  • Je plant gesprekken in en volgt kandidaten op.
  • Je publiceert vacatures op verschillende jobboards.

Je ondersteunt bij administratieve taken binnen het rekruteringsproces.

  • Je staat kandidaten en klanten professioneel te woord.

Je denkt actief mee na over nieuwe manieren om talent aan te trekken.

Je werkt mee aan echte vacatures en echte resultaten. Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Je durft de telefoon op te nemen en mensen aan te spreken. J bent communicatief, enthousiast en niet bang om initiatief te nemen. Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd. Je bent beschikbaar tijdens het schooljaar of vakanties. Ervaring is niet nodig. Goesting, maturiteit en een professionele houding wel.
