The posting

Onze klant is een bekende speler in de voedingssector en ze zijn gespecialiseerd in de productie van hoogwaardige vers bereide maaltijden, diepgevroren snacks, worstenbroodjes, vleesconserven, rookworsten, patés, ambachtelijke kroketten en artisanale aperitiefhapjes.

Ze zijn op zoek naar een operator met een hart voor voeding.

Als operator kom je oftewel terecht aan de afvullijnen voor de worstproducten (cocktailworstjes, hotdogs, rookworsten en cervela's) = site A, oftewel aan de afvullijnen van onze diepvriessnacks (hamburgers, curryworsten, kroketten, satés...) = site B. Aan beide lijnen werk je met een hecht team van operatoren die vroeger dan de rest opstarten, opdat alle andere lijnen kunnen worden bevoorraad.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? De afvullijnen in site A starten reeds op rond 6u00-6u30, die van site B zelfs nog vroeger rond 5u30-6u00. Samen met je team bereiden jullie de lijn voor voor productie. Alle grondstoffen worden verzameld, de lijnen worden gemonteerd en ingesteld. Jullie zorgen er samen voor dat er op tijd voedingswaren van de band rollen, zodat je collega's van de inpak meteen van start kunnen gaan bij de aanvang van hun werkdag.

Om 9u en 12u is er telkens een pauze van 30' om je energie terug op peil te krijgen. Dit kan zowel binnen in de refters, alsook buiten op de picknickbanken.

Doorheen de dag kan het zijn dat een lijn moet worden omgesteld voor de productie van een ander product. Dan is het belangrijk dat je de lijn kan demonteren, schoonmaken en opnieuw monteren voor dat nieuwe product. Tussendoor voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en doe je de nodige administratie naar traceerbaarheid van de grondstoffen en producten.

Op het einde van je dag zorg je er samen met je team voor dat alles is afgerond conform de planning en opgeruimd is conform de regels van de voedselveiligheid.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent technisch ingesteld. Mocht je geen technische ervaring hebben, is het voldoende dat je technisch inzicht hebt en hierin wil bijleren. Je bent flexibel ingesteld qua werktijden: je weet wanneer je dag begint, maar niet altijd even accuraat wanneer die eindigt. Dit laatste heeft te maken met het feit dat je met verse vleesproducten werkt. Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en kan hier naar handelen in alle acties die je uitvoert aan je lijn. Je hebt ambitie om te groeien, want die mogelijkheden zijn er!
