The posting

Pour l'un de nos clients situé à Milmort, nous sommes à la recherche d'un opérateur rotulage.

En tant qu'Opérateur Rotulage, vous intervenez dans l'assemblage et la finition de composants mécaniques destinés à des applications de haute précision. À partir d'ordres de fabrication et de plans techniques, vous assurez la préparation, l'usinage, l'assemblage et le contrôle des pièces dans le respect des exigences qualité et sécurité.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Réaliser l'usinage nécessaire sur les alésages, assurer le montage des roulements et des buselures, mettre en place un joint d'étanchéité (PR) conformément au plan étant à la disposition de l'opérateur.
  • Respecter les attentes des clients en assurant un montage des pièces conformément aux attentes de ces derniers.
  • Soutenir et suivre toutes les instructions dans le cadre du système de management environ-nemental ISO 14001.
  • Respecter les règles de sécurité et environnementales affichées au poste de travail.
  • Prévenir la maîtrise lors d'un incident ou accident de sécurité ou environnement.
  • S'engager à adopter des comportements responsables en matière de sécurité produit, en faisant preuve de vigilance, de proactivité et de responsabilité individuelle

Vous etes la personne idéale pour ce poste,si:

  • Vous savez lire et interpréter des plans techniques.
  • Vous avez suivi une formation concernant l'agrégation contrôle couple et charge d'expulsion
  • Vous maîtrisez les notions de cotations fonctionnelles et de tolérances dimensionnelles.
  • Vous avez des connaissances en montage, ajustage et assemblage de composants mécaniques.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les instruments de de contrôle (calibres, ver-nier, torque mètre, ...)
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, méthodique et attentif à la qualité de votre travail.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe tout en étant autonome dans la gestion de votre production.Donc cette offre est faite pour vous!!
