En tant que Technical Helpdesk Operator, vous travaillez depuis les bureaux de Forest et Bruxelles, au sein d'une équipe de collègues motivés, afin d'apporter un support aux utilisateurs internes et externes. Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer l'assistance, le conseil et répondre aux questions techniques des dépanneurs lors de leurs interventions sur le terrain.
  • Rédiger et publier des conseils et astuces techniques sur base des informations recueillies.

Traiter les questions techniques des clients.

  • Résoudre à distance les pannes techniques simples, par téléphone ou via d'autres moyens de communication. Cette approche permet d'éviter que les clients ne doivent attendre l'intervention d'un technicien sur place.

Gérer les appels entrants concernant les questions ou problèmes rencontrés par les clients avec les bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques et fournir le support adéquat.

Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers techniques.

  • Élaborer des études de cas portant sur les nouveaux véhicules.
  • S'intéresser à l'innovation, à la gestion de projets liés aux nouvelles technologies et participer au développement de projets techniques.

Se reconnaît dans des valeurs telles que l'humain, la confiance, l'innovation et la positivité.

  • Est titulaire d'un bachelier en technologie automobile ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Est capable d'analyser des interventions techniques et de poser rapidement un diagnostic précis.
  • Possède des connaissances en techniques de diagnostic ou est prêt à se former rapidement et à développer davantage cette expertise.
  • - Maîtrise professionnellement le français, le néerlandais et l'anglais (obligatoire).
  • Possède un excellent esprit d'équipe et s'investit pleinement dans son travail, y compris durant les périodes plus chargées.

Est disposé à travailler selon un système de pauses (entre 9h00 et 20h00) ainsi qu'à assurer occasionnellement une permanence de week-end (1 week-end sur 5).
