Dans le cadre du développement d'une industrie de la région de Eupen, nous recherchons un.e Chef de Projet Automation pour piloter des projets stratégiques et contribuer activement à la modernisation de ses outils de production.

Votre mission : En tant que Chef de Projet Automation, vous prenez en charge des projets d'automatisation de A à Z, depuis la phase de conception jusqu'à la mise en service industrielle. Véritable chef d'orchestre, vous coordonnez les différents intervenants, garantissez le bon déroulement des projets et contribuez directement à l'amélioration de la performance, de la qualité et de la compétitivité du site.

Vos responsabilités :

Gestion de projets

  • Piloter des projets d'automatisation et d'industrialisation à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Définir les besoins, les spécifications techniques et les plannings.
  • Coordonner les équipes internes ainsi que les partenaires externes.
  • Assurer le suivi des budgets, des délais et des objectifs fixés.
  • Anticiper les risques et proposer des solutions adaptées.Expertise technique
  • Participer à la conception et à l'intégration de nouveaux équipements automatisés.
  • Réaliser des études de faisabilité et des analyses de risques.
  • Identifier des solutions innovantes pour améliorer les performances industrielles.
  • Accompagner le lancement de nouveaux produits et procédés de fabrication.Amélioration continue
  • Optimiser les équipements et les processus existants.
  • Garantir le respect des normes qualité, sécurité et environnement.
  • Assurer le suivi de la documentation technique.
  • Participer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue du site.

Vous êtes un professionnel passionné par l'automatisation industrielle et les nouvelles technologies. Vous aimez mener des projets ambitieux et collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs pour atteindre un objectif commun.

Formation :

  • Bachelier ou Master en Automation, Électromécanique, Électricité Industrielle, Mécatronique ou équivalent.Compétences :
  • Expérience en gestion de projets industriels et/ou d'automatisation.
  • Bonnes connaissances en automatisation, robotique et systèmes industriels.
  • Maîtrise des outils de conception et d'ingénierie.
  • La connaissance des environnements Siemens S7 et TIA Portal constitue un atout.
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de coordination.
  • Esprit analytique et orienté résultats.
  • Leadership naturel, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.Langues :
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel.
  • La connaissance d'autres langues constitue un avantage.
