Le bureau recherche un.e professionnel.e disposant d'une expérience confirmée en fiduciaire, capable de prendre en charge un portefeuille de clients de manière autonome et d'assurer le suivi complet de leurs dossiers comptables et fiscaux.

Au-delà de l'encodage, le/la candidat.e recherché.e maîtrise les différentes étapes de la vie d'un dossier, des opérations comptables courantes jusqu'aux clôtures et aux déclarations fiscales, tout en assurant un suivi de qualité auprès des clients.

Responsabilités principales:

Gestion autonome des dossiers comptables

  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne et le suivi complet d'un portefeuille de clients composé d'indépendants et de sociétés.
  • Contrôler les opérations comptables et veiller à la cohérence des données financières.
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers de la tenue comptable jusqu'à la préparation des clôtures périodiques et annuelles.
  • Préparer les comptes annuels et les documents nécessaires à l'établissement des situations financières.
  • Veiller au respect des échéances comptables et assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers.Gestion fiscale
  • Préparer et assurer le suivi des déclarations périodiques et annuelles en matière de TVA.
  • Établir les déclarations fiscales des personnes physiques (IPP) et des sociétés (ISOC).
  • Vérifier la cohérence des données comptables et fiscales avant les dépôts.
  • Identifier les éventuelles incohérences ou anomalies et apporter les corrections nécessaires.
  • Se tenir informé des évolutions légales et fiscales susceptibles d'avoir un impact sur les dossiers clients.Contact et accompagnement des clients
  • Être un interlocuteur régulier des clients pour les questions relatives à leur comptabilité et à leurs obligations fiscales.
  • Expliquer les résultats et les éléments importants de leur situation comptable.
  • Répondre à leurs questions et les accompagner dans le suivi de leurs obligations.
  • Identifier les points d'attention et proposer des solutions adaptées, en fonction des besoins et de la complexité des dossiers.
  • Bachelier en comptabilité/fiscalité
  • Vous disposez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en fiduciaire ou en cabinet comptable.
  • Vous maîtrisez les principales obligations comptables et fiscales des indépendants et des sociétés.
  • Vous êtes capable de gérer un portefeuille de clients de manière autonome et de suivre vos dossiers de A à Z.
  • Vous maîtrisez les clôtures comptables ainsi que les déclarations TVA, IPP et ISOC.
  • Vous disposez d'un esprit analytique et êtes capable de comprendre et d'interpréter les données comptables.
  • Vous appréciez le contact client et êtes à l'aise dans la gestion de demandes variées.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, proactif et capable de gérer vos priorités.
  • Vous souhaitez continuer à développer votre expertise dans un environnement qui valorise l'autonomie et la formation continue.
