The posting

En tant qu'ingénieur de maintenance, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le responsable production & maintenance afin d'optimiser l'organisation et le suivi des activités de maintenance industrielle. Votre rôle s'articule autour de trois axes principaux :

1. Planification des activités de maintenance

  • Élaborer et coordonner les plannings des interventions techniques et des arrêts planifiés.
  • Centraliser les informations, suivre l'avancement des travaux et actualiser les plannings en fonction des retours du terrain.
  • Assurer le suivi des tâches hebdomadaires et la coordination des équipes internes et des sous-traitants.2. Gestion du stock de pièces techniques
  • Assurer la gestion globale du stock : encodage, inventaires, entrées et sorties, références et prix.
  • Suivre les niveaux de stock, les seuils minimums et les besoins de réapprovisionnement.
  • Garantir la fiabilité des données informatiques et assurer la coordination avec les services concernés, notamment la comptabilité.3. Suivi de la maintenance préventive
  • Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour du plan de maintenance préventive.
  • Actualiser les périodicités, les échéances et les listes d'interventions sur la base des retours des équipes techniques.
  • Veiller à la qualité des données dans les outils de suivi et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de maintenance.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une formation technique supérieure (bachelier ou master) ou d'une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension de la maintenance en environnement industriel.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, structuré et organisé, avec un réel sens du suivi.
  • Vous appréciez particulièrement les outils informatiques et aimez exploiter, structurer et fiabiliser les données.
  • Une connaissance des outils de GMAO constitue un atout.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de proactivité et d'un bon esprit d'analyse.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans la coordination avec différents interlocuteurs et appréciez le contact avec le terrain.
