Votre mission Au cœur de la stratégie de l'entreprise, vous contribuez activement à optimiser la chaîne d'approvisionnement et à renforcer la compétitivité. Votre objectif est de sécuriser les meilleurs fournisseurs, aux meilleures conditions (prix, qualité, délais), tout en développant des relations durables et performantes. Vos responsabilités

  • Piloter des projets de sourcing stratégique et identifier de nouveaux partenaires fournisseurs
  • Analyser les offres, comparer les solutions et recommander les choix les plus pertinents
  • Gérer l'ensemble du processus d'achat : RFQ, négociation, contractualisation et suivi
  • Développer une relation de confiance avec les fournisseurs clés et assurer leur performance
  • Négocier les meilleures conditions commerciales (prix, délais, qualité, contrats)
  • Mettre en place et suivre des initiatives de réduction des coûts à court et long terme
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus (Lean, optimisation, réduction des coûts)
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et contribuer aux reportings mensuels
  • Gérer les éventuels litiges fournisseurs en coordination avec les équipes finance
  • Garantir le respect des politiques achats, qualité, sécurité et environnement
  • Formation supérieure (ingénieur, technique ou équivalent) ou expérience significative en achats
  • Expérience confirmée en sourcing et négociation dans un environnement industriel du secteur AUTOMOBILE
  • Bonne maîtrise des systèmes MRP et des outils achats
  • Capacité à analyser les coûts et à prendre des décisions stratégiques
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication
  • Organisation, rigueur et sens du détail
  • Esprit d'initiative, orientation résultats et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités
  • Aisance dans un environnement exigeant, dynamique et en évolution
