Pour l'un de nos clients situé dans la région d'Eupen, nous recherchons un(e) Team Leader IT Systems / Senior System Engineer capable de combiner vision stratégique, expertise technique et management d'équipe. Votre mission

En tant que véritable référent technique, vous prenez les rênes de l'infrastructure IT et accompagnez votre équipe dans le maintien, l'évolution et la sécurisation des systèmes de l'entreprise. Vous êtes au cœur des décisions technologiques et contribuez activement aux projets qui soutiennent la croissance et la transformation digitale de l'organisation.

Ce que nous vous proposons de relever

  • Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité de l'ensemble de l'infrastructure IT.
  • Inspirer, accompagner et faire grandir une équipe d'administrateurs et de techniciens IT.
  • Définir les priorités et coordonner des projets stratégiques liés aux systèmes, aux réseaux et à la cybersécurité.
  • Participer aux choix technologiques et à l'évolution de l'architecture informatique.
  • Superviser des environnements serveurs, virtualisés et cloud de dernière génération.
  • Apporter votre expertise sur les incidents critiques et les problématiques techniques complexes.
  • Collaborer avec des partenaires et prestataires spécialisés afin d'assurer l'excellence opérationnelle.
  • Développer et renforcer les bonnes pratiques en matière de sécurité, de documentation et de gouvernance IT.
  • Accompagner les projets de transformation digitale et d'optimisation des processus internes.

Le profil que nous recherchons

  • Vous disposez d'une solide expérience dans l'administration de systèmes et d'infrastructures IT.
  • Vous maîtrisez impérativement le français et l'allemand. La connaissance de l'anglais constitue un réel atout.
  • Vous avez déjà occupé un rôle de coordination ou vous souhaitez franchir une nouvelle étape vers le management technique.
  • Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise des environnements Microsoft, de la virtualisation, du stockage, des infrastructures réseaux et des solutions cloud.
  • Vous êtes capable de prendre de la hauteur, de définir une vision claire et de piloter des projets transversaux.
  • Vous combinez expertise technique, leadership naturel et forte orientation client interne.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'analyse, votre autonomie et votre capacité à résoudre des problématiques complexes.
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe, fédérer autour d'objectifs communs et faire progresser les personnes qui vous entourent.
