Vous disposez de solides compétences en hydraulique et en électromécanique, d'une expérience technique de terrain et maîtrisez le français, le néerlandais et l'anglais ?

Nous recrutons un.e technicien SAV itinérant pour couvrir l'ensemble du territoire belge, pour le compte d'une entreprise spécialisée dans les solutions de levage.

Après une formation approfondie sur les produits, vous travaillez de manière autonome sous la supervision du Directeur SAV. Vos responsabilités :

Fournir un support technique de haut niveau, rapide et efficace, au sein des ateliers et du réseau de concessionnaires.

Intervenir directement chez les clients lorsque nécessaire, en assurant un suivi personnalisé et la mise en œuvre des solutions préconisées.

  • Participer à l'amélioration des processus de fabrication et de montage en remontant régulièrement les problèmes techniques rencontrés auprès du Directeur SAV.
  • Participer à l'organisation de formations techniques en Belgique et à l'étranger, destinées au personnel ainsi qu'au réseau de concessionnaires.
  • Assurer la mise en main des équipements auprès des clients lors des livraisons.
  • Vous possédez des compétences en hydraulique et en électromécanique.
  • Une connaissance du secteur des solutions de levage constitue un atout.
  • Vous disposez d'une formation technique solide associée à une expérience de terrain.
  • Vous faites preuve d'un esprit analytique, d'autonomie, d'un goût pour le terrain et d'un réel sens du service.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français, le néerlandais et l'anglais.
  • Vous utilisez aisément la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Vous avez le permis B.
