Votre mission Après une période d'intégration et de formation approfondie aux produits et technologies, vous intervenez en toute autonomie afin de garantir un service technique irréprochable.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Assurer un support technique de haut niveau auprès des ateliers et partenaires du réseau.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problématiques techniques directement chez les clients partout en Belgique.
  • Garantir un accompagnement personnalisé et proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des utilisateurs.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication et de montage en remontant les problématiques rencontrées sur le terrain.
  • Participer à l'organisation et à l'animation de formations techniques destinées aux équipes internes et aux partenaires.
  • Accompagner les clients lors de la mise en service et de la prise en main des équipements livrés.

Vous êtes un technicien expérimenté doté d'un réel sens du service et d'une forte orientation terrain. Vous disposez de :

  • Solides connaissances en hydraulique et en électromécanique.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur du levage, de la manutention ou des équipements industriels constitue un véritable atout.
  • Une formation technique associée à une expérience pratique significative.
  • Un excellent esprit d'analyse et de diagnostic.
  • Une grande autonomie et un fort sens des responsabilités.
  • Une orientation client naturelle et un goût prononcé pour le terrain.
  • Une bonne maîtrise du français, du néerlandais et de l'anglais.
  • Une bonne connaissance des outils Microsoft Office.
