Taken:

Als Process Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren en verder uitbouwen van onze CNC-productieprocessen.

  • Je combineert technische expertise met innovatie en bent betrokken van concept tot productie.

Wat ga je doen? > Je ondersteunt nieuwe projecten vanaf de technische analyse en vertaalt deze naar efficiënte productieprocessen. > Je bepaalt en optimaliseert werkmethodes, gereedschappen, opspanningen en machinespecificaties. > Je ontwikkelt en programmeert CNC-processen en zorgt voor een vlotte implementatie in de productie. > Je begeleidt de opstart van nieuwe producten en processen en draagt jouw kennis over aan operatoren en collega's. > Je bewaakt kwaliteit, analyseert afwijkingen en implementeert duurzame verbeteracties. > Je werkt actief mee aan automatiserings- en optimalisatieprojecten rond robotica, cobots, vision-systemen en meettechnologie. > Je onderzoekt opportuniteiten om productiviteit, kwaliteit en doorlooptijden verder te verbeteren. > Je werkt nauw samen met Engineering, Productie en Kwaliteit om technische uitdagingen om te zetten in concrete oplossingen. Jouw profiel:

  • Jij combineert technische expertise met een sterke drive om processen continu te verbeteren.

> Bachelor of Master in (Elektro)Mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. > Ervaring met CNC-bewerkingen zoals frezen, draaien, boren en tappen. > Kennis van CAD/CAM-software. Ervaring met NX is een mooie troef. > Affiniteit met automatisering, innovatie en Industry 4.0. > Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een oplossingsgerichte mindset. > Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband sterk. > Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels. > Gedreven door techniek, kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
