Als Sales manager versterk je het bestaande salesteam dat actief is binnen de DACH-regio.

  • Je focust je voornamelijk op het ontwikkelen van nieuwe business bij bestaande en potentiële klanten in Duitsland.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en positioneert het bedrijf als strategische partner voor maatwerkoplossingen.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en vertaalt technische vragen naar haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je begeleidt klanten vanaf de eerste projectaanvraag tot en met de opstart en opvolging van het project.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams zoals engineering en projectmanagement om een vlotte uitvoering te garanderen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een professionele en betrouwbare opvolging.
  • Je hebt ervaring met technische oplossingen binnen een industriële of embedded omgeving.
  • Je begrijpt complexe technologie en weet deze helder en overtuigend toe te lichten aan klanten.
  • Je geniet ervan om commerciële kansen te spotten en deze zelfstandig uit te bouwen.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma op bachelor niveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en voelt je comfortabel in zowel een zelfstandige als teamgerichte rol.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Duits en Engels.
  • Je bent ondernemend, proactief en haalt voldoening uit het opbouwen van lange termijnrelaties.
