Mijn job als lijnvsupervisor bij La Lorraine Bakery Group

  • Een actieve en afwisselende job
  • Als lijnverantwoordelijke ben ik een belangrijke schakel in ons productieproces
  • Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor een productielijn waarbij ik verschillende taken coördineer
  • Ik sta in voor de opstart, ombouw en/of afsluit van de lijn en zorg voor een continu verloop van de lijn waarbij storingen vermeden/beperkt worden
  • Ik streef ernaar perfect afgewerkte producten af te leveren binnen strakke deadlines en zie erop toe dat de kwaliteitsrichtlijnen en hygiënenormen nageleefd worden
  • Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor orde, netheid en de vlotte werking van mijn volledige lijn en stimuleer en motiveer mijn team hierin
  • Kansen om door te groeien
  • Ik werk meestal samen met mijn team, maar kan ook goed zelfstandig en geconcentreerd werken

  • Ik hou van een actieve job in een dynamische productieomgeving
  • Ik kan terugblikken op een eerdere werkervaring liefst in een voedingsomgeving
  • Ik werk in een 2-ploegensysteem met wisselende opstarturen 2-ploegen: 4u-13u en 13u-einde werk ongeveer 21u/22u
  • Bereid om ook op zaterdag te werken van 11u-20u
  • Werken in het weekend schrikt me dus niet af
  • Ik ben stressbestendig
  • Ik kan een team motiveren en aansturen, weet van aanpakken en ben flexibel
  • Ik combineer een sterke persoonlijkheid en uitstekende sociale vaardigheden met resultaatgerichtheid
  • Ik ben ondernemend, neem initiatief en bedenk creatieve oplossingen in geval van problemen
  • Ik beschik tevens over een sterk ontwikkeld analytisch vermogen en ik heb technisch inzicht
  • Ik kan vlot overweg met een computer.
  • Indien je nog geen ervaring hebt in leidinggeven, maar wel in productie en je bent klaar om door te groeien, kom je eventueel ook in aanmerking. Je hebt alleszins de juiste attitude en leiderschapscapaciteiten, en je bent zeer gedreven.
