The posting

Als productietechnieker ben je een belangrijke schakel in het onderhouden en optimaliseren van de productiviteit en betrouwbaarheid van ons machinepark in de fillingafdeling.

Je hebt de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Technische interventies: Je voert deskundige technische interventies uit ter ondersteuning van het team bij storingen of andere problemen.
  • Geplande werkzaamheden: Je bereidt en voert geplande onderhoudstaken uit volgens een vast schema om de productie continu te laten draaien.
  • Onderhoud: Je zorgt voor preventief en correctief onderhoud aan de machines om een optimale werking te garanderen.

Daarnaast ben je ook bezig met:

  • Verbeteringsvoorstellen: Je identificeert kansen voor procesverbeteringen en implementeert voorstellen om de efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid van de productie te verhogen.
  • Ondersteuning voor operatoren: Je biedt instructies en opleidingen aan operatoren, zodat zij de machines effectief kunnen bedienen en ombouwen.

Jouw inzet zorgt voor een soepel verloop van het productieproces en een verhoogde operationele efficiëntie. Vereiste vaardigheden en opleidingen:

Een A2-diploma in elektriciteit of mechanica.

  • Bij voorkeur enkele jaren relevante ervaring als productie- of onderhoudstechnieker.
  • Ervaring met lassen, draaien en frezen is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van OPEX/Lean Manufacturing is een pluspunt.

  • Een kritische, innovatieve en gedreven houding ten aanzien van technische optimalisaties.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken zonder het team uit het oog te verliezen.

Voorbeeldgedrag tonen op het gebied van veiligheid en verantwoordelijkheid.

Leergierig en flexibel zijn, gezien de variatie in opdrachten.

  • Een sterk (langetermijn) engagement tonen.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in WEEKEND NACHT regime (VRIJ+ZA: 21-9U)
