Elke dag zorgen we ervoor dat verse producten in perfecte conditie bij onze klanten aankomen. Achter die kwaliteit schuilt meer dan een sterk logistiek proces. Ook de juiste verpakking maakt het verschil.

Daarom zoeken we een Operationeel Inkoper Verpakkingsmateriaal. In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat verpakkingsmaterialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn, voldoen aan de kwaliteitsvereisten en bijdragen aan een duurzame presentatie van onze producten.

Je combineert operationele aankoop, voorraadbeheer en planning. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met leveranciers en collega's uit onder meer supply chain, logistiek, productie en kwaliteit. Dankzij jouw opvolging beschikken onze productieprocessen steeds over de juiste materialen op het juiste moment.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je plaatst, verwerkt en volgt bestellingen van verpakkingsmaterialen op.
  • Je bewaakt de beschikbaarheid van producten en volgt levertermijnen nauwgezet op.
  • Je beheert voorraadniveaus en optimaliseert minimumvoorraden en bestelparameters.
  • Je maakt forecasts op en stemt verwachte behoeften af met interne stakeholders.
  • Je signaleert mogelijke tekorten en stelt waar nodig alternatieve materialen of leveranciers voor.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijkse contacten met leveranciers en volgt verbeteracties op.
  • Je evalueert leveranciersprestaties en ondersteunt het beheer van aankoopcontracten.
  • Je analyseert voorraadproblemen, detecteert risico's en volgt afwijkingen rond prijs, kwaliteit of levering op.
  • Je denkt mee over duurzame verpakkingsoplossingen en verbeteringen binnen de supply chain.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit supply chain, logistiek, productie, kwaliteit, marketing en sales.
  • Een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen aankoop, supply chain of een commerciële omgeving.
  • Bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen aankoop, planning of voorraadbeheer.
  • Zowel kandidaten met ervaring binnen verpakkingen als schoolverlaters met een opleiding in supply chain, logistiek, aankoop of een gelijkaardige richting komen in aanmerking.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een vlotte omgang met cijfers en data.
  • Een goede kennis van Excel en andere MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een vlotte samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Affiniteit met verpakkingsmaterialen, FMCG, retail of de voedingssector is een plus.
  • Kennis van karton, folies, labels of duurzame verpakkingsoplossingen is mooi meegenomen.
