Dan is dit een rol waarin je jouw technische expertise én commerciële gevoel volop kunt inzetten.

Over de rol Als technical presales consultant networking & security ben jij de technische sparringpartner voor partners, klanten en salescollega's. Je adviseert over netwerk- en securityoplossingen, ondersteunt bij complexe klantvragen en helpt mee aan het ontwerpen van toekomstgerichte oplossingen.

Je zit niet alleen achter een scherm. De ene dag werk je samen met sales aan een voorstel voor een strategische klant, de volgende dag geef je een workshop, verzorg je een demo of ga je langs bij een partner om een technische uitdaging te bespreken. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze rol interessant.

Je combineert technische diepgang met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen bij klanten en partners.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Adviseren over networking- en securityoplossingen.
  • Technische en commerciële klantvragen vertalen naar schaalbare oplossingen.
  • Technische designs en bill of materials opstellen en valideren.
  • Presalesondersteuning bieden aan partners, resellers en interne salesteams.
  • Technische input leveren voor offertes, tenders en documentatie.
  • Klanten en partners bezoeken, zelfstandig of samen met sales.
  • Demonstraties, presentaties, trainingen en workshops verzorgen.
  • Relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met partners, leveranciers en eindklanten.
  • De technische expertise van de organisatie vertegenwoordigen tijdens meetings, evenementen en beurzen.
  • Je kennis blijven ontwikkelen via trainingen en certificeringen.
  • Samenwerken met sales en business development om verdere groei te realiseren.
  • Circa 3 jaar ervaring in technical presales, networking consultancy, solution architecture of een vergelijkbare adviserende rol.
  • Goede kennis van networking, waaronder routing, switching en network security.
  • Ervaring met securityoplossingen zoals firewalls.
  • Kennis van een of meerdere networkingplatformen, bijvoorbeeld Juniper, Cisco, Aruba/HPE, Extreme Networks of F5.
  • Ervaring met het adviseren en presenteren van technische oplossingen aan klanten.
  • Relevante networkingcertificeringen of de motivatie deze te behalen.
  • Het vermogen om complexe technische onderwerpen helder uit te leggen.
  • Een klantgerichte en commerciële mindset.
  • Proactiviteit, enthousiasme en de drive om relaties op te bouwen.
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
