Bij onze klant, een grote en gekende garage geloven zij in mobiliteit met een glimlach. Al vele jaren zijn ze een betrouwbare lokale partner voor wie vooruit wil. Innovatief, persoonlijk en altijd in beweging. Momenteel zoeken zij iemand die van klanten blij maken zijn of haar missie wil maken.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als Technisch onthaalbediende ben jij hét gezicht van onze balie en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met onderhouds- of reparatievragen. Je zorgt voor een warm onthaal, maakt afspraken en geeft advies waar klanten écht mee verder kunnen.

  • Je onderhoudt vlotte communicatie tussen klant en werkplaats
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging (werkorders, facturatie, etc.)
  • Je werkt van 8u tot 17u, met de bereidheid om af en toe tot 18u te blijven
  • Geen weekendwerk, dus je vrije zaterdagen zijn verzekerd

Jij bent iemand die:

  • Kennis van auto's, automechanica of technisch inzicht in automotivesector heeft—door opleiding of ervaring (dit is een must!)
  • minstens 2 à 3 jaar soortgelijke ervaring heeft, bijvoorbeeld in een werkplaats, dit is geen louter onthaalfunctie.
  • Kom je uit een werkplaats en wil je doorgroeien in een andere richting? Deze job is zeker iets voor jou!
  • Heb je een bachelor autotechnologie? Dan kom je ook zonder werkervaring in aanmerking.
  • Altijd klantgericht én vriendelijk blijft, zelfs op drukke momenten
  • Vlot communiceert in Nederlands, Frans is een troef.
  • Goed kan organiseren en het overzicht bewaart
