The Opportunity

Join a leading international bank and be part of a dynamic Operations team supporting Wealth Management, Securities Services and Asset Servicing functions.

  • Static & Reference Data Management
  • Reconciliations & Controls

Key Responsibilities

  • Process securities, funds and asset servicing transactions
  • Investigate and resolve exceptions, breaks and failed trades
  • Perform reconciliations, controls and operational checks
  • Maintain security master and reference data records
  • Support corporate action and fund-related events
  • Participate in UAT, process improvement and change initiatives
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, counterparties and custodians

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations, Securities Operations, Wealth Operations, Asset Servicing, Custody, Corporate Actions, Settlements, Reconciliations, Funds Operations or Reference Data Management.
  • Experience in processing banking or securities transactions, investigations, controls, reconciliations, exception management or client asset servicing.
  • Strong attention to detail with a controls and risk awareness mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with UAT, testing, T24, Murex, SWIFT, securities processing or data management systems would be advantageous.

Employment Details

  • Location: Tampines, Singapore
  • Contract until 31 March 2027
  • Salary: Up to $4,100 per month
