The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established organisation in the industrial manufacturing sector to hire an Order Management / Customer Service Executive to join their team.

The role will support daily B2B order fulfilment and regional shipment coordination, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Location: East Region
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (Fully onsite)
  • Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

The Job:

  • Manage B2B customer enquiries, sales orders, amendments and invoicing, ensuring accuracy throughout the order cycle
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on stock availability, replenishment and delivery requirements
  • Track outstanding orders, proactively follow up on delays and keep customers informed of delivery schedules
  • Arrange inbound and outbound shipments with logistics partners and prepare the necessary import/export documentation
  • Resolve order discrepancies, shipment delays and documentation issues with relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate order records and identify opportunities to improve daily workflows and reporting

The Talent:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in order management, sales coordination, B2B customer service or supply chain operations
  • Hands-on experience managing customer orders through to invoicing; familiarity with export documentation and shipment coordination would be advantageous
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with clear communication, strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive in resolving issues and taking ownership, with a willingness to learn and improve work processes
