Im Auftrag unseres Kunden besetzen wir eine Führungsposition in einem Bergrestaurant in der Bündner Bergwelt. Gesucht wird eine serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit, die während der Wintersaison operative Verantwortung übernimmt und gemeinsam mit dem Team für ein erstklassiges Gästeerlebnis sorgt.

### Deine Aufgaben

• Operative Leitung des Servicebereichs im Tagesgeschäft

• Führung, Motivation und Unterstützung eines kleinen Serviceteams

• Aktive Mitarbeit an der Front und Betreuung der Gäste

• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs im Restaurantbetrieb

• Verantwortung für Mise en Place, Servicequalität und Gästezufriedenheit

• Koordination der Abläufe zwischen Küche und Service

• Mitarbeit bei der Einsatzplanung und Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

• Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender

### Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

• Erste Führungserfahrung im Servicebereich von Vorteil

• Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

• Freude an der Gästebetreuung und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung

• Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

• Sicheres und gepflegtes Auftreten

• Bereitschaft, während der Wintersaison in einem Bergbetrieb zu arbeiten
