Als Nachtreceptionist/Nachtwaker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onthaal, de veiligheid en de goede werking van het hotel tijdens de nacht. Onthaal en ondersteuning van gasten bij late aankomst of vroege vertrekuren Uitvoeren van administratieve taken, rapporteringen en nachtelijke controles Toezicht houden op de veiligheid en correcte werking van het hotel Professioneel handelen bij noodsituaties volgens de geldende procedures Zorgen voor een uitstekende gastbeleving en service Voor deze functie zoeken we een klantgerichte en verantwoordelijke kandidaat die graag zelfstandig werkt. Ervaring in receptie, hospitality of een gelijkaardige functie Servicegericht en professioneel in de omgang met gasten Organisatorisch sterk, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd Goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels Goede kennis van Excel Bereid om nacht- en weekendwerk te verrichten Kalm en besluitvaardig in onverwachte situatie
