Om uppdragetOmfattning: Heltid Plats: Södertälje Arbetsform: Främst på plats hos kund, med viss möjlighet till distansarbete Start: Omgående Uppdragets längd: Till och med 2027-05-31 Din roll Som Case Advisor kommer du att fungera som ett kvalificerat stöd till chefer och HR i komplexa individärenden där medarbetare kan behöva stöd kring intern rörlighet, kompetensutveckling, omplacering eller andra karriärvägar. Du bidrar med struktur, rådgivning och samordning genom hela processen, med målet att skapa tydliga och hållbara lösningar för både verksamhet och medarbetare. ArbetsuppgifterGe rådgivande stöd till chefer och HR i komplexa personalärenden. Analysera individärenden och identifiera kompetensgap, utvecklingsbehov och möjliga karriärvägar. Stötta chefer i förberedelser inför känsliga och viktiga medarbetardialoger. Ta fram individuella handlings- och omställningsplaner. Samordna relevanta interna och externa intressenter. Utreda möjligheter inom intern rörlighet, kompetensutveckling, omskolning och omplacering. Följa upp ärenden och säkerställa tydlig framdrift och ansvarsfördelning. Bidra till utveckling av metoder, processer och arbetssätt inom området karriär- och omställningsstöd. Vi söker dig som harKravMinst 5 års erfarenhet inom HR eller liknande område. Gedigen kunskap om HR-processer och hantering av individärenden. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med kompetensutveckling, omställning och intern rörlighet. Förmåga att analysera komplexa situationer och omsätta dessa till konkreta rekommendationer och handlingsplaner. Stark rådgivande kompetens gentemot chefer och HR-funktioner. Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. MeriterandeAkademisk utbildning inom HR, arbetsrätt eller motsvarande. Erfarenhet av omställningsarbete via exempelvis TRR eller TSL. Erfarenhet av SuccessFactors eller liknande HR-system. Erfarenhet från större organisationer eller industriverksamheter. Vem är du? För att lyckas i rollen är du en trygg och professionell rådgivare med hög integritet. Du har god förmåga att hantera känsliga personalärenden, skapa förtroende hos olika intressenter och driva processer framåt på ett strukturerat sätt. Du är kommunikativ, analytisk och lösningsorienterad med ett genuint intresse för människor och utveckling.
