I rollen kommer du att vara en nyckelperson i arbetet med att stärka och utveckla organisationens styrningsmodell. Du får möjlighet att kombinera operativ koordinering med utvecklingsarbete och bidra till att skapa effektiva beslutsprocesser, tydliga ansvarsförhållanden och en hög grad av transparens i verksamheten. ArbetsuppgifterSamordna remiss- och granskningsprocesser för policys, instruktioner, standarder och andra styrande dokument. Stötta dokumentägare genom hela governance-processen och säkerställa hög kvalitet samt leveranser enligt tidplan. Säkerställa att styrande dokument granskas, uppdateras, godkänns och publiceras enligt etablerade processer. Koordinera synpunkter från olika intressenter samt säkerställa att beslut, kommentarer och åtgärder dokumenteras och följs upp. Vidareutveckla styrningsprocesser, metodik och dokumentation. Bidra till utvecklingen av en hållbar styrningsmodell med tydliga roller, ansvar och beslutsvägar. Delta i utvecklingen av governance-principer och standarder som skapar enhetlighet och effektivitet inom verksamheten. Driva förbättringsinitiativ och implementering av best practice inom governance. Fungera som rådgivande partner till verksamhetens olika funktioner i frågor som rör styrning och dokumenthantering. Bidra till att förankra ett arbetssätt präglat av struktur, ansvarstagande och transparens. Vi söker dig som harKravMinst 5-6 års erfarenhet inom governance, verksamhetsstyrning, business management, projektkoordinering, operational excellence eller motsvarande område. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med policys, instruktioner, ramverk, styrande dokument eller organisatoriska processer. Mycket god koordinationsförmåga och vana att arbeta med flera intressenter samtidigt. Stark förmåga att skapa samsyn, bygga relationer och driva arbete framåt. Erfarenhet av förbättringsarbete och utveckling av processer och arbetssätt. Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Personliga egenskaper Vi tror att du är en person som trivs med struktur och ordning samt har ett starkt eget driv. Du är kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att skapa förtroende hos olika intressenter. Vidare är du van att navigera i komplexa organisationer och har en naturlig förmåga att omsätta idéer till konkreta resultat.
