The posting

Om tjänsten Vi söker en HR-specialist med inriktning lön till en kommun söder om Stockholm. I rollen arbetar du bland annat med lönekartläggning för 2025 och 2026, analys av lönestrukturer samt förberedelser inför lönerevisionen 2027. Du utvecklar lönerevisionsprocessen, tar fram underlag och analyser samt ger stöd till HR-chef och HR-partners i lönebildningsfrågor. Även andra närliggande HR-frågor kan förekomma.

Uppdragsperiod och omfattning: Tjänsten som HR-specialist med inriktning lön är ett konsultuppdrag med start omgående enligt överenskommelse. Uppdraget är på heltid fram till årsskiftet, med eventuell förlängning i ytterligare 3 - 4 månader på cirka 50 %.

Krav för tjänsten: • Högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande med personal/HR-inriktning. • God kännedom om lagar och förordningar inom HR området och med kunskap i AB avtalet (Allmänna bestämmelser). • Goda IT-kunskaper i Microsoft Office-paketet. • Kunskaper i HR-system så som Heroma, Primula, Stratsys mfl. • Kunskaper i ATS (rekryteringsverktyg). • Kunskaper i system kopplat till medarbetarundersökningar. • Fördjupad erfarenhet och/eller kompetens inom något/några av följande område: rekrytering/kompetensförsörjning, arbetsrätt, lönebildning, arbetsmiljö, personalstatistik/personalekonomi och digitalisering. • Minst 5 års yrkeserfarenhet som HR-specialist eller HR-strateg.

För att vi ska ha möjlighet att ta dig vidare i processen behöver du tydligt redogjort i ditt CV att samtliga ovan krav är uppfyllda. Ange vilket/vilka uppdrag som påvisar efterfrågad erfarenhet. Tidsperiod ska anges i år och månad ÅÅ-MM.

Meriterande för tjänsten: - God erfarenhet av lönebildning inom kommunal sektor eller likvärdig annan offentlig sektor. - Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att självständigt genomföra lönekartläggningar. - God erfarenhet av att planera, leda och genomföra lönerevisioner. - God kunskap om kommunala kollektivavtal och den svenska lönebildningsmodellen. - Erfarenhet av analys av lönestrukturer och löneskillnader. - Förmåga att omsätta centrala avtal och andra förutsättningar till fungerande lokala processer. - Erfarenhet av att utveckla och effektivisera processer inom löneområdet. - Mycket god analytisk och strukturell förmåga samt förmåga att självständigt driva arbetet från analys till genomförande. - Erfarenhet av kvalificerat konsultativt chefsstöd. - Erfarenhet av arbetsrätt och kollektivavtalsfrågor. - Erfarenhet av facklig samverkan och förhandling. - Erfarenhet av organisations- och verksamhetsförändringar. - Erfarenhet av arbetsmiljö och rehabilitering. - Erfarenhet av arbete i eller nära ledningsgrupper. - Erfarenhet av liknande roll från offentlig sektor.

Du arbetar självständigt, tar initiativ och driver arbetet framåt på ett lösningsorienterat sätt. Du är kommunikativ och pedagogisk samt trygg i din specialistkompetens och i samarbetet med olika parter.
