Om tjänsten Vi söker en Löneadministratör till en statlig myndighet i Stockholm. I rollen arbetar du bland annat med lönehantering fram till lönekörning, löneunderlag, rapporter och statistik, skatter och arbetsgivaravgifter samt tid- och frånvarorapportering. Du hanterar även frågor från medarbetare och andra förekommande arbetsuppgifter inom löneadministration.

Tjänsten omfattar bland annat följande arbetsuppgifter: - Bearbeta och kontrollera löneunderlag. - Ta fram lönelistor. - Ta fram rapporter och statistik. - Redovisa skatter och arbetsgivaravgifter. - Sammanställa tid- och frånvarorapporter. - Svara på frågor från anställda (exempelvis om lön och semesterledighet). - Arbete med hela lönehanteringen fram till lönekörningen (exempelvis reseräkningar, rättelser, körjournaler, olika ledigheter, förmåner, intyg och kontroller).

Uppdragsperiod och omfattning: Tjänsten som Löneadministratör är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid med start omgående enligt överenskommelse och beräknas pågå till och med 2027-01-31.

Krav för tjänsten: • Gymnasium eller likvärdig utbildning • Minst tre (3) års arbetslivserfarenhet som löneadministratör • Goda kunskaper i MS Office eller likvärdigt • Goda kunskaper i lönesystem (exempelvis Primula och Heroma) • Goda kunskaper i ekonomisystem (exempelvis Unit 4 ERP, Raindance, Visma m.fl.) • Goda kunskaper om kollektivavtal • Kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska, såväl i tal som i skrift.

För att vi ska ha möjlighet att ta dig vidare i processen behöver du tydligt redogjort i ditt CV att samtliga ovan krav är uppfyllda. Ange vilket/vilka uppdrag som påvisar efterfrågad erfarenhet. Tidsperiod ska anges i år och månad ÅÅ-MM.

Meriterande för tjänsten: - Erfarenhet av personalsystemet Primula. - Hantering av utlämnande av allmänna handlingar. - Erfarenhet av arbete inom offentlig verksamhet. - Offentlighet och sekretesslagen.
