The posting

Om tjänsten Vi söker en Löneadministratör till Vattenfall i Luleå. I rollen kommer du bland annat att arbeta med veckovis överföring av tidregistrering mellan olika system samt följa upp rapporterad tid för att kvalitetssäkra lönearter och lönetillägg. Du kommer även att identifiera skillnader i tidrapporteringen mellan olika geografiska områden samt ge stöd till chefer och teamledare genom att säkerställa tydliga instruktioner och lathundar för tidrapportering och gällande regler för lönearter och tillägg.

Uppdragsperiod och omfattning: Tjänsten som Löneadministratör är ett konsultuppdrag på 50% med start 2026-12-15 och beräknas pågå till och med 2027-05-31.

Observera att kunden bedriver säkerhetsklassad verksamhet, vilket innebär att du behöver vara svensk medborgare. Vidare kommer en bakgrundskontroll och en efterföljande säkerhetsintervju att genomföras, vilka därefter granskas av Säkerhetspolisen (Säpo). Uppdraget kan inte påbörjas förrän denna process är genomförd och godkänd. Krav för tjänsten: • Gymnasieutbildning inom administration eller ekonomi. • 3–5 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom liknande roll. • Goda kunskaper i MS Office eller likvärdigt.

För att vi ska ha möjlighet att ta dig vidare i processen behöver du tydligt redogjort i ditt CV att samtliga ovan krav är uppfyllda. Ange vilket/vilka uppdrag som påvisar efterfrågad erfarenhet. Tidsperiod ska anges i år och månad ÅÅ-MM.
