Vill du arbeta med offentlighetsprincipen, informationshantering och registratur i en organisation som står inför en omfattande utvecklingsresa? Nu söker Adecco erfarna registratorer till ett konsultuppdrag hos en av Sveriges större verksamheter inom utbildningsområdet.

Detta är en möjlighet för dig som vill kombinera operativt registratorsarbete med att bidra i utvecklingen av nya arbetssätt och processer inom dokument- och informationshantering.

Om uppdraget Vår kund står inför ett omfattande arbete kopplat till införandet av offentlighetsprincipen och bygger samtidigt upp en modern registratur- och informationshanteringsfunktion. Som registrator kommer du att ha en central roll i verksamheten och arbeta nära olika delar av organisationen. Uppdraget innebär många kontaktytor och passar dig som trivs med att ge stöd, vägledning och service i frågor som rör registratur, allmänna handlingar och sekretess.

Arbetsuppgifter Diarieföring och registrering av inkommande samt upprättade handlingar Hantering av begäran om utlämnande av allmänna handlingar Genomförande av sekretessprövningar Stöd och rådgivning till verksamheten i frågor som rör offentlighet och informationshantering Arbete i dokument- och ärendehanteringssystem Medverkan i utveckling och förbättring av processer och rutiner inom registratur

SKA-krav Diplomerad registrator, registratorsutbildning på högskolenivå eller likvärdig utbildning, eller gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande samt minst ett (1) års erfarenhet av arbete som registrator Goda kunskaper i MS Office eller likvärdigt Kunskaper om dokument- och ärendehanteringssystem (exempelvis Public360, W3D3, Platina m.fl.) Kännedom om lagar och förordningar som styr offentlig verksamhet och registrators verksamhet och ansvar Kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska, såväl i tal som i skrift.

Vi söker dig som är strukturerad, noggrann och trygg i din yrkesroll. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroende och trivs i en verksamhet där du samarbetar med många olika funktioner. Som person är du serviceinriktad, kommunikativ och har förmågan att förklara komplexa regelverk på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt. Du motiveras av förändringsarbete och ser möjligheter i att få vara med och bidra till utvecklingen av en verksamhet under uppbyggnad. Meriterande Erfarenhet från kommunal eller annan offentlig verksamhet Erfarenhet från utbildningssektorn Tidigare arbete med utlämnande av allmänna handlingar och sekretessprövningar Erfarenhet av förändrings- och utvecklingsarbete inom registratur eller informationshantering
