Då kan detta vara nästa steg för dig!På uppdrag av Thermo Fisher Scientific söker Adecco nu en Senior Customer Service Representative till ett spännande heltidsuppdrag med planerad start i december. Du får möjlighet att arbeta i en global organisation som utvecklar lösningar för att göra världen hälsosammare, renare och säkrare. Om rollen Som Senior Customer Service Representative blir du en viktig del av kundserviceorganisationen och ansvarar för att säkerställa en professionell och smidig kundupplevelse genom hela order- och leveransprocessen. Du fungerar som en central kontaktpunkt för kunder, interna team och andra samarbetspartners. Rollen passar dig som tycker om att kombinera kundkontakt, administration, problemlösning och samarbete – och som motiveras av att skapa struktur och hög kvalitet i det dagliga arbetet. Du kommer att arbeta nära bland annat försäljning, logistik och ekonomi och bidra till både goda kundrelationer och effektiva interna processer. Du blir anställd som konsult via Adecco och får möjlighet att arbeta hos Thermo Fisher Scientific – ett globalt och världsledande företag inom vetenskap och forskning. Uppdraget startar i december och förväntas pågå 8 månader framåt, chans till förlängning finns. Rollen är på heltid och erbjuder en flexibel hybrid arbetsmodell, där du får möjlighet att kombinera arbete från hemmet med arbete på kontoret. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Hantera inkommande kundförfrågningar via telefon och e-post Registrera, administrera och följa upp kundordrar Ta fram och hantera offerter Säkerställa att kund- och orderinformation är korrekt och uppdaterad Följa upp leveranser och hantera eventuella avvikelser Samarbeta med försäljning, logistik, ekonomi och andra interna funktioner Identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och bidra till effektivare kundserviceprocesser Säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet genom tydlig kommunikation och professionellt bemötande

Vi söker dig som Vi tror att du är en serviceinriktad och noggrann person som tycker om att ta ansvar och lösa problem. Du har lätt för att kommunicera med olika typer av människor och trivs i en internationell miljö där tempot kan variera. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har: Gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande Minst ett års erfarenhet av kundservice, orderadministration eller liknande Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office Praktisk erfarenhet av att arbeta i SAP (krav) Erfarenhet av orderhantering och orderregistrering i affärssystem Ett strukturerat och noggrant arbetssätt Stark servicekänsla och god kommunikativ förmåga Förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra Intresse för att lösa problem och skapa goda kundupplevelser

Det är meriterande om du har Erfarenhet av ERP-system Erfarenhet av CRM-system Kunskaper i ytterligare europeiska språk Erfarenhet från en internationell organisation eller Shared Service Center
