I denna roll kommer du att vara en viktig del av en specialiserad supportfunktion som hjälper företagskunder att navigera i dessa förändringar och säkerställer en smidig övergång till framtidens betalningstjänster. Du blir en del av ett team som ansvarar för teknisk support inom Cash Management & Payments och arbetar nära både kunder, interna funktioner, IT och externa samarbetspartners. Uppdragets omfattningStartdatum: 2026-11-23 Slutdatum: 2027-11-30 Anställningsform: Konsultuppdrag via Adecco Placering: Stockholm ArbetsuppgifterGe teknisk support till företagskunder via telefon och e-post. Hantera och besvara interna supportärenden på andra linjens nivå (2nd line support). Stötta kunder vid införande och användning av nya betalningslösningar och format. Supportera betalningsfiler i ISO20022/XML-format, exempelvis löne- och leverantörsbetalningar. Hantera frågor kopplade till e-fakturatjänster och Swish-relaterade lösningar. Ansvara för incidenthantering inom betalningsområdet. Felsöka, analysera och eskalera incidenter och driftstörningar till IT-funktioner. Samarbeta med affärssystemsleverantörer, externa partners och andra intressenter. Bidra till att utveckla och förbättra supportprocesser och kundupplevelsen. Vi söker dig som harKravErfarenhet av teknisk support, kundsupport eller systemrelaterad support. God teknisk förståelse och förmåga att felsöka systemrelaterade problem. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med kunder i en supporterande eller rådgivande roll. Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Förmåga att hantera flera ärenden parallellt i en dynamisk miljö. MeriterandeErfarenhet från bank-, finans- eller betalningsområdet. Kunskap om Cash Management eller betalningsflöden. Erfarenhet av ISO20022/XML-format. Erfarenhet av e-fakturering, betalningsfiler eller Swish-tjänster. Erfarenhet av incidenthantering och samarbete med IT-organisationer. Kunskap om affärssystem och integrationer mellan ekonomisystem och betalningsplattformar. Vem är du?
