The posting

Onze klant is een productie organisatie binnen de metaal industrie en ze procuceren batterijen . Ze zijn gevestigd in Tessenderlo. Ze behoren tot een zeer grote internationale groep en zijn marktleider in hun sector.

Omdat hun vestiging in Tessenderlo steeds verder groeit, zijn ze op zoek naar een technische operator die in 2 ploegen willen werken.

Jouw taken :

Materialen bestellen uit het magazijn. Materiaal aanvoeren aan de lijn. Bij afwijkingen de kwaliteitscontroleur inschakelen. Verpakte producten op pallets stapelen en klaarzetten voor transport naar de stretchstraat. Materiaal wisselen en indien nodig ledigen. Te retourneren materialen tellen en klaarzetten voor ophaling. Gedefinieerde controles uitvoeren (zoals eerste productcontrole, uur-controle, etc.). Machines ombouwen en omschakelen in een ordergedreven organisatie. Toezicht houden op de normale werking van de machines. Storingen zelfstandig oplossen. Bij defecte machines de machinekeeper verwittigen en helpen bij zware storingen. Procescontroles uitvoeren en bijsturen, of anders de machinekeepers inschakelen. Uitval herwinnen. Administratieve taken uitvoeren (zoals uitval noteren, stoptijden noteren, materiaal en afgewerkte producten registreren via Mware, voorraadcontroles aan de lijn). Activiteiten bij preventief onderhoud uitvoeren (zoals het smeren van machine-onderdelen en poetsen). Storingen en taakoverdracht beheren. Informatie mondeling of schriftelijk overdragen aan collega's. Deelnemen aan infovergaderingen, werkvergaderingen, opleidingen en verbeterprojecten. Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren, zoals smeren, controles, ontstoffen en helpen bij het wisselen van onderdelen. Orde en netheid van de werkpost onderhouden. Nieuwe medewerkers opleiden en begeleiden binnen de eigen taken. Het profiel dat we zoeken :

  • Heeft een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting (zoals elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica) behaald of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Heeft het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
  • Is flexibel en stressbestendig
  • Heeft een sterk analytisch denkvermogen.
  • Is bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst (ochtend: 6u-14u/middag: 14u-22u) te werken.
  • Wil voortdurend bijleren en bijscholing volgen.
