Onze klant is een bedrijf dat een groot gamma aan vloeibare eiproducten aanbiedt aan verschillende bedrijven, waaronder : de wafelindustrie, industriële biscuiteriën, bakkerijen, pannenkoeken-fabrikanten, maar ook fabrikanten van pasta, cakes, sausen, mayonaise, gehakt, bereide maaltijden, advocaat, ijs, quiche lorraine enz...

Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot die vlot communiceert in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans? Werk je nauwkeurig, denk je graag mee met de organisatie en hou je van een gevarieerd takenpakket? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die wij zoeken!

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste administratief medewerker die een belangrijke ondersteunende rol speelt binnen de dagelijkse werking. Je komt terecht in een stabiele en familiale werkomgeving waar initiatief en betrokkenheid gewaardeerd worden. Jouw takenpakket Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. Je ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie vlot verloopt. Concreet sta je in voor: Het verwerken en opvolgen van binnenkomende bestellingen. Het ingeven, controleren en beheren van orders in het systeem. Het ondersteunen bij de transportplanning en het afstemmen van leveringen met klanten en transporteurs. Het mee opmaken en opvolgen van de productieplanning in overleg met de productieafdeling. Het verzorgen van de facturatie en het administratief verwerken van transport- en leveringsdocumenten. Het beantwoorden van telefoons, e-mails en algemene vragen van klanten, leveranciers en externe partners. Het ontvangen en verder helpen van bezoekers en chauffeurs aan het onthaal. Het onderhouden van contacten met voornamelijk Franstalige klanten en leveranciers. Het opvolgen van klantendossiers en het verwerken van administratieve wijzigingen. Het ondersteunen van collega's bij diverse administratieve taken en projecten. Het mee waken over een correcte en efficiënte administratieve flow binnen het bedrijf. Jouw profiel

Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans. Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd. Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en oplossingsgericht. Je bent flexibel en houdt ervan om verschillende taken te combineren. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar ook gemotiveerde junior profielen komen zeker in aanmerking.
