Voor Soudal in Turnhout zijn we op zoek naar gemotiveerde productiemedewerkers die willen doorgroeien tot operator aan de afvul- en verpakkingslijnen. Je komt terecht in een moderne en dynamische productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan.

Als toekomstig operator speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Dankzij jouw inzet worden de bekende lijmen, siliconen en kitten van Soudal correct afgevuld, verpakt en verzendklaar gemaakt.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket Verpakken van producten volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen Bedienen en opvolgen van machines en productielijnen Aanvullen en vervangen van verpakkingsmaterialen Stapelen van dozen en voorbereiden van paletten voor verzending Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces Oplossen van kleine technische storingen Werken met een transpallet voor interne transporten Stap voor stap extra verantwoordelijkheden opnemen en doorgroeien naar een volwaardige operatorfunctie
