Wij zoeken voor een toonaangevende speler binnen parkeerbeheer op Brussels Airport enkele Student Baliemedewerkers om het team te versterken tijdens weekends, schoolvakanties en drukke periodes. In deze afwisselende functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor reizigers en bezoekers en zorg je voor een professionele en klantvriendelijke dienstverlening. Wat ga je doen?

Je ontvangt klanten aan de balie en helpt hen verder met vragen over de verschillende parkings.

  • Je beantwoordt oproepen die binnenkomen via verschillende intercomsystemen.

Je helpt klanten bij problemen zoals verloren tickets, foutief binnenrijden of vragen rond reservaties.

Je beheert het kassasysteem en verwerkt parkingtransacties.

Je houdt toezicht via camerabeelden en signaleert onregelmatigheden.

Je voert regelmatig controles en manuele tellingen uit op de parkings om de beschikbare capaciteit op te volgen.

Je begeleidt chauffeurs naar vrije parkeerplaatsen wanneer nodig.

Je meldt technische storingen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging met de technische dienst.

  • Je draagt actief bij aan een positieve klantenervaring en werkt nauw samen met je collega's en verantwoordelijke.
  • Je bent minstens 18 jaar oud.
  • Je bent beschikbaar tijdens weekends, feestdagen en schoolvakanties.
  • Je werkt in shiften van 6u tot 14u en van 14u tot 22u.

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, communicatief en servicegericht.

Je blijft rustig onder druk en kan professioneel omgaan met ontevreden klanten.

Je bent assertief, verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar.

Je bent bereid een bedrijfsuniform te dragen.
