Responsabilités

  • Élaborer, planifier et ajuster les programmes de production selon les commandes clients et les priorités internes.
  • Lancer et suivre les ordres de fabrication en tenant compte des capacités de production et des ressources disponibles.
  • Assurer le suivi quotidien de l'avancement des fabrications et adapter les plannings en fonction des imprévus.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants internes (production, logistique, approvisionnement, qualité et commerce).
  • Identifier les risques pouvant impacter les délais et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Garantir la fiabilité des données de planification au sein de l'ERP.
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus et à l'optimisation des flux.

Profil

  • CFC technique, industriel ou logistique, ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction de planification, d'ordonnancement ou de gestion de production en milieu industriel.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils ERP et des outils d'analyse.
  • Excellente capacité d'organisation et gestion des priorités.
  • Personne réactive, rigoureuse et orientée solutions.
  • Aisance relationnelle et goût pour la collaboration transverse.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français
