The posting

Voor een Marokkaanse bakkerij in Genk zijn we op zoek naar een deeltijdse bakker die ervaring heeft met traditionele Marokkaanse brood- en banketproducten.

Je taken bestaan uit:

  • het bakken van Marokkaanse specialiteiten zoals msemen, harcha, batbot en traditionele patisserie
  • het is fysiek zwaar werk, je dient het brood telkens te draaien
  • als je bereid bent om bovenop het bakken ook te ondersteunen in de winkel, bij de verkoop en het presenteren van de producten alsook het helpen reinigen van de winkel en bakkerij, dan kan dit een voltijdse functie worden
  • Je kan werken van dinsdag tot en met zondag afhankelijk van de planning
  • Deeltijds zal je werken van 9-12u, als het voltijds is dan de volledig dag 37,5u per week
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring met het bakken van Marokkaanse specialiteiten zoals msemen, harcha, batbot en traditionele patisserie
  • Je bent kok in Marokkaanse gerechten of schoolverlater met ervaring in het bakken van deze specialiteiten mag ook
  • Kennis van authentieke Noord-Afrikaanse bakkerijproducten is vereist
  • Ervaring binnen een Marokkaanse of Noord-Afrikaanse bakkerijomgeving is een pluspunt
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Arabisch of Berbers en Frans voor communicatie met collega's en eventueel klanten
  • Als je mee in de winkel wil staan, dan ben je uiteraard heel klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam
