Mit einer langjährigen Erfolgsgeschichte und einer starken Präsenz auf dem Markt bietet das Unternehmen maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und hochwertige Bauleistungen. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Bauleiter Hochbau/Tiefbau (m/w/d), der verantwortungsbewusst die Planung, Organisation und Ausführung von Bauprojekten leitet und dabei höchste Qualität sowie Effizienz gewährleistet.

Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die gesamte Bauleitung von Hoch- und Tiefbauprojekten

Koordination und Überwachung des Bauablaufs auf der Baustelle

Führung und Anleitung von Bauarbeitern, Subunternehmen und anderen Fachkräften

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Ingenieuren und anderen Projektbeteiligten

Prüfung von Bauplänen und technischen Zeichnungen, ggf. Anpassung und Optimierung

Qualitätskontrollen und regelmäßige Baustellenbegehungen zur Überwachung der Ausführung

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen

Regelmäßiges Reporting des Projektstatus an die Geschäftsführung und die Bauherren

Organisation und Verwaltung der Baustellenlogistik sowie Materialbestellungen

Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter/in im Hochbau und/oder Tiefbau

Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen, Vorschriften und Bauabläufe

Erfahrung in der Führung von Baustellen und Projektteams

Sicherer Umgang mit Bautechniken, Bauabläufen und modernen Baustellenmanagement-Tools

Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationstalent und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Führerschein der Kategorie B erforderlich, ein Führerschein der Kategorie C von Vorteil
