Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Buchhalter/-in 80-100%. In dieser Funktion übernimmst du Verantwortung für die operative Buchhaltung sowie angrenzende administrative Bereiche. Du trägst mit deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise zur Sicherstellung effizienter Finanzprozesse bei.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortliche Betreuung sämtlicher Buchhaltungsbereiche von der täglichen Verbuchung bis zur salärenbezogenen Abwicklung
  • Begleitung und Abstimmung kaufmännischer Themen im Rahmen laufender Unternehmensprojekte
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Umgangs mit Rechnungen, offenen Posten und Zahlungseingängen
  • Ansprechperson für Fragestellungen rund um Abgaben, Versicherungen und gesetzliche Vorgaben
  • Aufbereitung und termingerechte Deklaration steuerrelevanter Meldungen
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei periodischen Abschlüssen sowie Mitarbeit in administrativen Schnittstellen zu Zoll- und Personalsekretariat

Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zusätzliche Qualifikation im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen ist von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle im kaufmännischen Umfeld
  • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit unternehmensweiten Softwarelösungen zur Buchhaltungsabwicklung
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen Office-Programme
  • Sorgfältige, gut organisierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind ein Plus
