Chef d'équipe bâtiment 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Encadrer une équipe de 5 à 8 collaborateurs
  • Rédiger des rapports journaliers sur l-avancement des travaux
  • Appliquer et faire appliquer les consignes de sécurité sur le chantier
  • Assurer la coordination entre les différents corps de métier et intervenants
  • Planifier et organiser les travaux en étroite collaboration avec le technicien en charge
  • Veiller au respect du planning, des normes de qualité et des réglementations en vigueur
  • Encourager un bon esprit d-équipe et maintenir des relations harmonieuses entre les collègues ainsi qu-avec l-ensemble du personnel de l-entreprise

Profil

  • Disposer de diplôme de chef d'équipe ainsi que de plusieurs années d'expériences idéalement en Suisse dans la gestion d'équipe
  • Assumer ses responsabilités avec professionnalisme et travailler de manière autonome, avec rigueur et esprit d-initiative
  • Faire preuve de flexibilité et de disponibilité
  • Savoir organiser, encadrer et motiver une équipe
  • Maîtriser le français, tant à l-oral qu-à l-écrit
  • Posséder un permis de conduire valable
