Chef de projet 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Élaborer les plannings, organiser les moyens nécessaires et anticiper les besoins en matériel et en personnel
  • Maintenir une communication régulière avec les clients, partenaires et fournisseurs tout au long des projets
  • Participer au développement des collaborateurs et assurer un encadrement de proximité sur les chantiers
  • Garantir l'application des prescriptions légales, des règles de sécurité et des standards de l'entreprise
  • Prendre en charge la gestion globale de projets techniques, de l'étude initiale à la clôture des travaux
  • Assurer la gestion des documents, des rapports de chantier et du suivi administratif lié aux projets
  • Contrôler la qualité des réalisations et intervenir rapidement en cas d'imprévu ou de modification
  • Superviser l'avancement des travaux et assurer une gestion efficace des coûts et des délais
  • Diriger et coordonner les équipes internes ainsi que les différents intervenants externes

Profil

  • Titulaire d'un CFC dans le domaine de l'électricité ; une formation supérieure ou une maîtrise fédérale est un avantage
  • Expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans dans la conduite de projets, de chantiers ou dans une fonction similaire
  • Solides compétences en gestion, coordination et suivi de projets
  • Aptitude confirmée à diriger une équipe et à prendre des décisions de manière autonome
  • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques courants et les logiciels de gestion
  • Esprit pratique, sens des responsabilités et orientation vers la recherche de solutions
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français ; la connaissance d'une autre langue constitue un plus
