Collaborateur technique CVS 80-100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Assurer le suivi technique et administratif des projets CVS (chauffage, ventilation, sanitaire)
  • Analyser les plans et les dossiers techniques en collaboration avec les responsables de projets
  • Réaliser les métrés et préparer les commandes de matériel nécessaires aux chantiers
  • Préparer et gérer les demandes d'offres, les devis ainsi que les dossiers de soumission
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants et veiller à la bonne circulation des informations
  • Assurer le suivi des coûts, des délais et de l'avancement des travaux
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes terrain, les bureaux techniques et les clients
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et à l'optimisation des projets

Profil

  • Formation technique dans le domaine du CVS (CFC ou formation équivalente)
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion administrative et technique de projets liés au CVS ou à l'installation du bâtiment
  • Bonne compréhension des installations techniques et des normes suisses du secteur
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et des logiciels techniques
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de planification
  • Personnalité rigoureuse, autonome et orientée solutions
  • Bon sens du service et aisance dans les échanges avec les différents partenaires
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B
