Responsabilità

La responsabilità principale è quella di sviluppare e consolidare il portafoglio clienti nell'area di riferimento (Bellinzonese), proponendo e promuovendo l-intero catalogo prodotti dell'azienda.

In particolare:

  • Gestione e sviluppo di clienti esistenti (imprese di costruzione, artigiani, studi tecnici e professionisti del settore)
  • Acquisizione di nuovi clienti
  • Individuazione di nuove opportunità commerciali
  • Consulenza tecnica e commerciale sui prodotti
  • Preparazione di offerte commerciali
  • Negoziazione prezzi e modalità in accordo con la direzione commerciale dell-azienda
  • Monitoraggio del mercato di riferimento e della concorrenza
  • Confronto costante con il team commerciale interno per garantire un servizio efficace al cliente
  • Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita definiti dalla Direzione
  • Partecipazione ad eventi strategici con clienti, fornitori ed altri partner

Profilo

  • Formazione maturata in ambito tecnico e/o commerciale
  • Esperienza pregressa in una funzione commerciale esterna
  • L-esperienza nel settore dei materiali edili, delle costruzioni o affini costituirà titolo altamente preferenziale
  • Buona conoscenza del mercato locale e delle sue dinamiche
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e attitudine allo sviluppo commerciale
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e di negoziazione
  • Autonomia nell-organizzazione delle proprie attività e spiccato orientamento al risultato
  • Abitudine a lavorare per obiettivi
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici
  • Disponibilità a partecipare ad occasioni ed eventi di networking utili per lo sviluppo del business
  • Preferibile la residenza in Canton Ticino e l'ottima conoscenza del tessuto socio economico locale
