The posting

Pour répondre aux nombreux besoins de nos clients situés dans les régions d'Yverdon-les-Bains et d'Echallens, nous sommes activement à la recherche de conducteurs de travaux.

Responsabilités

  • Planification et organisation des travaux
  • Contrôle et respect des coûts, budgets, délais et qualité des chantiers
  • Etablissement des métrés, appels d-offre, devis et soumissions
  • Coordination des mandataires avec les maîtres d-ouvrages
  • Organisation des rendez-vous chantiers, prise de PV et rédaction des rapports
  • Suivi et contrôle de la facturation et des décomptes finaux
  • Diverses tâches administratives liées au poste
  • Participer activement à la bonne coordination entre les différents départements internes (architectes, comptabilité, etc.)

Profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un CFC de conducteur de travaux ou Technicien ES avec une expérience d-au moins 3 ans en Suisse, dans un poste similaire
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques Word, Excel, MS Project. Des connaissances du logiciel Messerli = un atout.
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire, catégorie B minimum
  • Vous êtes une personne fiable, autonome, ayant de l-entregent afin de superviser les artisans sur vos chantiers tout en étant à l-écoute des clients
  • Vous avez un fort esprit d-équipe et doté d-une excellente communication
  • Maîtrise parfaite de la langue française (parlé et écrit). Autre langue = un atout
  • Aptitude à gérer plusieurs projets et chantiers en parallèle
  • Sens accru de la négociation
