The posting

Pour notre client du Nord vaudois, actif dans l'industrie du textile, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Conseiller(ère) clientèle à 80-100%.

Responsabilités

  • Suivre, conseiller et accompagner les clients dans leurs besoins en textiles et prestations de services
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers clients et des nouvelles collaborations
  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients et identifier leurs besoins
  • Participer à l'élaboration des offres et au développement de nouvelles prestations
  • Collaborer avec les différents services internes

Profil

  • CFC dans le commerce, la vente, l'intendance ou formation équivalente
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire , idéalement dans le textile ou l'intendance
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et très bonne aisance informatique
  • Bonnes connaissances de l' allemand = sérieux atout!
  • Permis de conduire indispensable
  • Excellent relationnel et orientation client
  • Personne proactive, organisée, autonome et flexible
