Contremaître menuisier 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Encadrer et accompagner une équipe de menuisiers afin d-assurer la qualité et l-efficacité du travail
  • Assurer la coordination des projets avec les différents intervenants (clients, architectes, direction)
  • Participer à la préparation des travaux, aux prises de mesures et à la gestion des matériaux
  • Suivre l-avancement des projets et garantir une livraison conforme aux attentes des clients
  • Planifier, organiser et superviser les travaux de menuiserie en atelier et/ou sur chantier
  • Veiller au respect des délais, des normes de qualité et des règles de sécurité
  • Lire et interpréter les plans techniques et garantir leur bonne mise en œuvre

Profil

  • CFC de menuisier avec une formation complétmentaire en tant que contremaître
  • Expérience confirmée de plusieurs années dans le domaine de la menuiserie
  • Sens de l-organisation et bonnes compétences en gestion d-équipe
  • Personne autonome, rigoureuse et orientée solutions
  • Bon relationnel et aisance dans la communication avec les équipes et les clients
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français (oral et écrit), une autre langue représente un atout
  • Permis de conduire requis
