Für eine kleine, familiäre Langzeitpflegeinstitution in der Region Sursee suchen wir eine dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH. Überschaubare Stationen, kurze Wege und eine persönliche Atmosphäre schaffen hier den Rahmen für eine Pflege, bei der der Mensch tatsächlich im Mittelpunkt steht.

Aufgaben

  • Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung und Koordination des Pflegealltags
  • Planung und Umsetzung einer individuellen und bedürfnisorientierten Pflege
  • Fachliche Unterstützung von FaGe, AGS und weiteren Mitarbeitenden
  • Gewährleistung einer sorgfältigen Pflegedokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und weiteren Fachpersonen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung eines angenehmen und wertschätzenden Wohn- und Arbeitsumfelds

Profil

  • Abschluss als dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder eine gleichwertig anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Freude an der Langzeitpflege und am persönlichen Kontakt mit älteren Menschen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Eine herzliche, ruhige und empathische Persönlichkeit
  • Teamgeist und Freude daran, in einem überschaubaren Umfeld zu arbeiten
