Als Teil unseres Nofallpools unterstützt du verschiedene akutmedizinische Bereiche bei personellen Engpässen und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer sicheren und qualitativ hochwertigen Patientenversorgung. Dich erwarten abwechslungsreiche Einsätze, spannende Herausforderungen und ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem deine Flexibilität und dein Know-how geschätzt werden.

Aufgaben

  • Professionelle und ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten im akutmedizinischen Umfeld
  • Sicherstellung einer individuellen, bedürfnisorientierten und qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege
  • Durchführung und Überwachung von pflegerischen und medizinischen Massnahmen
  • Erkennen von Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand und Einleiten entsprechender Massnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie interprofessionellen Teams
  • Gewährleistung einer lückenlosen und professionellen Pflegedokumentation
  • Unterstützung verschiedener Fachbereiche bei personellen Engpässen
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung für eine sichere und effiziente Patientenversorgung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
  • Berufserfahrung im akutmedizinischen Umfeld zwingend
  • Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz sowie eine ausgeprägte Patientenorientierung
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen ruhig und professionell
  • Freude an abwechslungsreichen Einsätzen und verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, dich schnell auf neue Teams und Situationen einzustellen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine wertschätzende Haltung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
