Du fühlst dich in der Nacht wohl, arbeitest gerne selbstständig und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick? Für eine moderne und herzliche Langzeitpflegeinstitution in der Region suche ich eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH für die Nachtwache im Pensum von 40-80 %.

Aufgaben

  • Professionelle und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden während der Nacht
  • Übernahme der fachlichen Verantwortung im Nachtdienst
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität
  • Selbstständige Einschätzung und Einleitung notwendiger pflegerischer Massnahmen
  • Führung und Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Kompetentes Handeln in Notfall- und anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Sorgfältige Übergabe und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Tagesteam

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine entsprechende Schweizer Anerkennung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege und im Nachtdienst
  • Freude an der Begleitung und Betreuung älterer Menschen
  • Eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ruhe, Sicherheit und gute Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Herz, Humor und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
